● Due to the different type of material carried and the different running speed of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to regularly inspect the scraper at least once a week, and remove the accumulated material on the scraper to keep the wiper in optimal operation;
● If the scraper is worn to the marking line, the conveyor should be stopped immediately and the blade should be replaced to avoid belt damage;
● Check the looseness of the locking bolts;
● Check whether there is any damage or falling of pins.
